Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Any order could be fully canceled before shipment.

Returns

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days after received must meet the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

 

  • If the products or functional parts are completely damaged during transportation, you can get a full refund.

 

  • If the accessories are damaged during transportation, we can provide free replacement parts or a corresponding refund according to the price of the parts sold in our shop if you do not use the spare parts we provided

 

  • For other cases,such like color difference, abrasion or scratches during transportation, we provides a up to 10% refund.


2. Items received in the incorrect size/color

  • If the error is made by our store, we will provide a up to 50% refund

 

  • If the error is not caused by the store, no refund and return service will be provided. While products could be returned, and shipping cost of the returned goods shall be borne by customer


3. The returned Items must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging, accessories and documentation, any missing components may be deducted from the total refund. Any shipping damage during the ship-back may incur in a deduction from the total refund.

4. Refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2-3 weeks after we receive, inspect and process the returned Items.

1. For bike products
functional parts including: Wheel hub, Frame, Forks, Brake system, Derailleur, Damper
accessories including: Pedals, Seat Tube, Saddle, Decals, Kickstand, Fender, Handlebar, Bar End, Disc brake, Tool, Chain, Chain Wheels, Chain Wheel Cover, Reflector

2. If your order is still under the shipping process when you want to request a return, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because Cross-Border Shipping involves complicated procedures, domestic and international customs clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies.

3. Within 14 days after receiving the package, you can contact us by mail for return and exchange. The shipping cost of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.

4. After the return, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the package, and the refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-7 working days.
If you refuse to take the delivery package from the postman or do not pick up your delivery package from your local pick-up stores, our Customer Service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.

5. The above policy will take effect from August 08, 2020
